There are about 20,000 students who graduated from nursing yearly in Vietnam. However, the number of students who get a job is few and has a low salary. Meanwhile, Japan is a potential market which has an aged population and a small amount of labor force. For these reasons, the recruitment demand of nursing is great and the Vietnamese workers have the advantage of being able to get the job for their characteristics of being clever, diligent, enthusiastic, and job lovers.

In recent years, increasing high school graduates apply to study in Japan to get higher degree. In addition, you can get part-time jobs to support your study then have high-salary jobs in Japan or Vietnam.
